Prof. Jerry Ye, Professor at the College of Biomedical Engineering, School of Medicine, Shenzhen University, he is a leading expert in biomedical instruments and life information monitoring technologies. He also serves as Chief Scientist and is a Supervisor of Master and Doctor, Editorial Board Member of China Medical Devices Magazine, and a member of several national medical device standardization committees.He has led the development of 8 industry standards, authored over 80 academic papers, and holds more than 90 invention and utility model patents. His work has driven core innovations in monitoring, defibrillator, and ventilator technologies—many of which have filled critical gaps in domestic medical capabilities.Formerly Director of R&D for Mindray’s Monitoring Product Line, Prof. Ye has also led major provincial and enterprise research projects. His contributions have earned him prestigious honors, including the Shenzhen Product Innovation Award, Patent Gold Award, and the Guangdong Province Patent Excellence Award.
